Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Received an oil change today at this location. Everyone that I came in contact with was pleasant and extremely nice. Everything was explained before it was done. A filter was shown and explained why it should be replaced. I decided to replace it. I was then shown the new one compered to the old one. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with my visit to this location. I will recommend Valvoline on Airport Road to everyone. Great Job!

I get a lot of oil changes every month. I love valveling. But I have to say this location has been one of the most professional, the quickest, the most efficient and I would love to go there again. If I'm coming through even though it is off the highway. A bit, it is well worth it. Got my oil done I got my tires, rotated the old-fashioned way without a lift and they checked my wipers. My lights, all that and actually showed me my skid plate and replaced a gasket and filled up my coolant and let me know about the charges very, very, very good place to get your oil changed.

I had my oil change done today at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Allentown, and the service was absolutely top-notch. A big thank you to Dominic M, Ezequiel, and Michael for their excellent work. The entire team was professional, efficient, and very respectful. From the moment I arrived, they explained everything clearly and worked together like a well-organized team. I especially want to recognize Dominic M. He is an exceptional employee. The way he assisted me was extremely professional, patient, and customer-focused. He made sure everything was done correctly and took the time to answer my questions. You can tell he truly understands what customer obsession means. Valvoline should be proud to have someone like him on their team, he honestly deserves a raise. As an international customer, I also want to mention how comfortable and welcomed I felt. The team treated me with complete respect and kindness. I experienced no racism at all, only friendly and professional service, which means a lot. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Fast service, great teamwork, and excellent customer care. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this loc

I had an excellent experience at this auto shop today! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s not every day you come across a team that is both efficient and genuinely kind. They absolutely deserve a raise for the amazing job they do. Highly recommend this place!

I like that I didn't have to get out the car. The took care of everything they said they would. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. It was quick and efficient. There isn't one close to my address so while I'm in this area this is my preference to Jiffy Lube which is usual place. I felt like I knew and could see what they were doing to my vehicle.
